Processing of proposals for EFC and SFC for continuation and initiation of Plan Schemes. iv. Examination of establishment proposals e.g. creation of posts, engagement of consultants, manpower, etc. v. | Any other miscellaneous proposal seeking advice/ concurrence of IFD.
