Responsibilities

Director (Finance) is a member of the Board of Directors of the Company and would be responsible for providing strategic guidance to Finance and Accounts, Budgetary Control and Financial Planning, Audit and other activities to ensure that the Company’s financial commitments are met and develop policies and procedures to ensure sound financial management and control of the company’s business. The role demands up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of advanced accounting and financial techniques and very good IT skills.
