Instructions
1. The appointment will be purely on temporary basis and will not be regular employment. The candidates will have not claim for his/her continuation of service as well as claim for appointment on regular establishment in the services of VNMKV, Parbhani. 2. As per Supreme Court Judgement No.MLP-5 5453190 after the period (1 1 month) will not be regular employment will not involved any claim permanency to employment in any manner what so ever. 3. The selected candidate will have to join within 7 days after receiving the selection offer. 4. In case of resign or quite, he/she shall have to tender one month prior notice, failing which he or she should remit one month consolidated amount in lieu period notice 5. Age limit: candidate should not be more than 38 years age on 06.A2.2023, however, age relaxation will be given to SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidate as per the government rules and regulation. 6. Candidate must submit relevant proof of their qualifications, experience etc. with the application and must produce original documents at the time of interview. 7. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates appearing for interview. 8. The applications will be shortlisted on merit basis viz., academic performance / publications / experience etc, If applicants are more in number. 9. Only shortlisted eligible candidate will be called for interview by the selection committee. 10. The selected candidate has to join under Head, Dept. of Agril. Extension Education, College of Agriculture, VNMKV, Parbhani. 1L The selected candidate will be required to give an undertaking on stamp paper on Rs. 100/- stating that he / she will not leave the assignment halfway and shall complete the target in prescribed time limit, 12. Canvassing / Misconduct or misbehaviour in any manner may result into cancellation of candidature. 13. The eligible candidate should appear for Interview along with presuibed bio-data on dated 08/0212023 at 10:00 am at Dept. Agricultural Extension Education, College of Agriculture, VNMKV, Parbhani 14. About Vasantrao Naik Marathwada Krishi Vidyapeeth:

MAU is one of four Agril. Universities in the State of Maharashtra. Prior to original Maharashtra Agricultural University, it was established on May 18, 1972 to fulfil the regional aspirations of agrarian growth. It is entrusted with the responsibilities to pro- vide education in agriculture and allied fields, undertake research and facilitate technology transfer in Marathwada region of Maharashtra. The first college of Agriculture was established in this region at Parbhani in 1956 by Hyderabad State Govern- ment just before State reorganization. During Nizam’s rule, however, agricultural education was available only at Hyd- erabad but crop research centres viz., sorghum, cotton, fruits existed in the region. The foundation of research was laid by the erstwhile Nizam State with commencement of the Main Experimental Farm at Parbhani in 1918. The famous ‘Gaorani’ desi cotton is the result of the research on cotton and local sorghum cultivars were improved by selec- tion by the then Economic Botanist. Since then Parbhani remain the hub of educational, research and extension activ- ities in Marathwada.
