(i) Assistant Professors on hourly basis who are fully
qualified for the post of Assistant Professors: Rs. 1,
700/- per session of one and half hours, subject to a
maximum Rs. 42,000/- (Rupees Forty Two Thousand only)
per month.
(ii) Assistant Professors on hourly basis who are not
qualified NET/ Ph.D.: Rs. 850/- per session of one and half
hours, subject to a maximum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees
Twenty Five Thousand only) per month.

Instructions:
1. Candidates shortlisted will be informed by email/contact number regarding the venue and time of the
interview.
2. The candidates should furnish details of their qualifications and experience (if any) in the online
application form.
3. The candidates shortlisted for interview should produce the certificates and testimonials in original,
proof of their age, qualification and experience.
4. Candidates possessing Post-Graduation from Universities/ colleges outside Kerala/ other Universities
in Kerala should also produce an Equivalency Certificate issued by the University of Calicut.
5. If the original certificates are not submitted for verification, the candidate shall lose his/her claim to be
considered for the post.
6. The University of Calicut reserves the right to change the cut-off qualifications for calling the
candidates for the interview.

Security/ Cyber Security/ Information Security/ Network & Information
Security) or equivalent. In the absence of the above qualifications,
MCA/M.Tech. Computer Science and Engineering/ M.Sc. Computer Science

The University of Calicut is the largest University in Kerala. Established in the year 1968, it is the second university to be set up in Kerala.
