Executive Director (Operations)

Qualification:

• First Class full time Graduate in Engineering degree from a recognized University / Institute.
• or
• Full time Science degree with First Class full time Post Graduate Diploma in Pulp & Paper Technology.

Age: Maximum 57 years as on 01/08/2023

Experience:

• Minimum 32 years of post qualification experience in a large sized Engineering / Process / Manufacturing plant, as on 01/08/2023.
• Should have worked as head of operations for a minimum period of 3 years in a large sized Pulp & Paper industry.
• The incumbent will be responsible for Planning, Co-ordination and Operation of Paper Machine, Pulp Mill, Chemical Plant and Utilities.
• Should have adequate leadership potential and understanding capacity of the technology.
• Experience may be relaxed up to 3 years in deserving cases.

Location:

• Paper Mill (TNPL Unit-I), Kagithapuram, Karur District
• Integrated Pulp and Paper Board Mill (TNPL Unit-II), Mondipatti, Manapparai (Taluk), Trichy District.

Scale of Pay: Rs.100000-3000-130000

Monthly CTC at the minimum of Pay Scale as of 01/08/2023: Rs.3,67,056/-

About Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (TNPL) – तमिल नाडु नेवसप्रिंट एंड पेपर्स लिमिटेड:

Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (TNPL) was established by the Government of Tami Nadu during early eighties to produce Newsprint and Printing & Writing Paper using bagasse, a sugarcane residue, as primary raw material. The Company commenced production in the year 1984 with a initial capacity of 90,000 tonnes per annum (tpa). Over the years, the production capacity has been increased to 2,45,000 tpa and the Company has emerged as the largest bagasse based Paper Mill in the world consuming about one million tonnes of bagasse every year. The Company completed a Mill Expansion Plan during December 2010 to increase the mill capacity to 4,00,000 tpa.
