Overall responsibilities are to ensure that the study is conducted in accordance with study protocol, standard operating procedures, good clinical practices, and applicable guidelines.He/she will be responsible for:  Develop study monitoring plan and execution of same.  Update study related material such as clinical operations plan, SOPS, CRF completion guidelines, informed consent, study logs/forms and other study related documents.  Conduct process monitoring as per pre-defined and approved extent, frequency and criticality.  Supervise study implementation at site and QC activities.  Perform supervisory developmental assessments for standardization exercises.  Analyze results of standardization exercises and planning the initial and retraining sessions for the research study staff.  Conduct training and monitor study team performing of Neuro developmental assessment of infants.  Liason with the team to ensure good quality of study data.  Provide support to site team to prepare for clinical audits and conduct source document verification and review of case record forms / study proforma for QC.  Communicate with investigators at THSTI and site investigator for tracking patient recruitment and progress to study timelines; maintaining and reporting metrics for clinical site performance and quality assurance.  Prepare quality trending reports for submission to WHO central team.  Supervise the data management progress with data manager and the DM team  Work with coordinating PI to ensure that the study is meeting its targets, is producing meaningful output and to predict and plan any changes that warrant requests to changes in protocol, funding, or timelines;  Actively lead or assist activities in the areas of Internal Quality improvements and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)  Any other task as assigned by PI/ co PI The quality manger will be posted at Civil hospital in Gurugram.
