Job Responsibilities
• S/he will manage social audit implementation • S/he will ensure that all social audit under taken by SAS comply with the audit of the Scheme Rule, 2011 and other government orders for scheme. • S/he will comply with the approved calendar of social audit • S/he will coordinate the process of designing and development of all programmatic guidelines with respect to social audit, capacity building strategy, monitoring and learning strategy, mass campaigning etc. For smooth functioning of the SAS. • S/he will ensure that all policy decision are implemented in the best of its sprit. • S/he will undertake all activities necessary to fulfill the objective and vision of SAS • S/he will anchor all the communication and interactions with all the implementing agencies and office of Accountant General (AG),Government of Bihar • S/he will ensure transparency in financial administration and functioning of SAS. • S/he will ensure that each member of Social Audit Society maintain the highest level of integrity in his conduct.

Job Responsibilities
Social Audit Advisor will be full be responsible for provide the required management and facilitation support for all the activities related the social audit in the state and coordinates with districts under the guidance of Directors SAS. • To promote technical guidance regarding schemes and support to the Society • To monitor and appraise the performance of the concern social audit team on concurrent basis and would do the needful • To ensure that the social audit team abides by the code of conduct as laid down in the policy document. • To facilitate coordination between the team and the implementing agency for better observer of the state government for the piloting the social audit. • To coordinate the Pachayats and block level hearings and shall prepare the social audit report. • To verify the recommended the claims submitted by the concern VRPs, BRPs and DRPs for the payment on the basis of their attendance and performances • To support in smoothing policy direction and social audit design • Preparation of Annual Implementation Plan (AIP) for the state • To undertake extensive field visit to ensure the quality of project/program interventions. • To liaison with Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in the state to ensure effective partnership between the SAS and CSOs. • To inculcate the grassroots experiences into the design, development and framing of various strategies, social audit manuals, rules, guidelines etc. • To evaluate and review the social audit process and the resource persons and to be part of annual report preparation.
