A Period of Contract The term of the contract would iniƟally be for a period of two years, extendable, at sole discreƟon of the Bank, or a further period of up to one years. The contract can be terminated at one months’ noƟce on either side or salary and allowances (if any) in lieu thereof. B CTC and Increment The CTC offered is negoƟable. Annual CTC will depend upon Experience & Emoluments of candidates in the present employment and place of posƟng. Salary shall not be a constraint for the right candidate.
