Qualification
1. First Class in BE / B Tech in Mechanical, EEE, ECE, CSE with valid GATE Score. or First Class ME/M.Tech in Mechanical, EEE, ECE, CSE. 2. First Class in M.Sc (Physics/Laser/Applied Optics/Fiber Optics/Optics/Opto-Electronics) with NET/SLET/GATE. or First Class ME/ M.Tech in Fiber Optics/Applied Optics/Optics/Lasers/Opto_electronics. 3. First Class in BE / B Tech in Chemical Engineering/Material Science with valid GATE Score. or First Class ME/M.Tech in Chemical Engineering/Material Science. or First Class M.Sc in Chemistry with NET/SLET/GATE.

Age limit as on 31th Oct 2017 is 28 years for G eneral candidates, Relaxable up to 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates as per Govt. Rules. A monthly stipend of Rs 25,000/- , residential accommodation will be provided. Incase of Non-availability of accommodation HRA will be paid as per admissible rules. Only candidates who have completed the course and awarded degree are eligible to apply. Candidates who are NOT meeting the above mentioned qualifications NEED NOT apply. Research Centre Imarat is a premiere DRDO laboratory located in Hyderabad. The lab is responsible for Research and Development of Missile Systems, Guided Weapons and advanced Avionics for Indian Armed Forces. It was established by APJ Abdul Kalam in 1988.
