Candidates must ensure to bring their resume along with original testimonials related to Qualification, Experience, Punjabi upto Matriculation, Age proof etc. and one self attested photocopy of all such documents for submission. 3. The maximum age limit for the said posts is 60 years. For doctors ( MBBS / MD) is 65 years. 4. Candidates must bring 2 latest passport size photographs at the time of interview. 5. Candidates should have passed subject of Punjabi upto Matric standard. 6. Any candidate is found not to be fulfilling the eligibility/selection criteria at the time of interview If or at any point of time in the entire recruitment process by the screening or selection committee, his / her candidature will be cancelled/ rejected for the said post. 7. The maximum age limit for the post of Medical Officer is 65 years and Care Coordinator is 60 years. 4. Candidates should have passed subject of Punjabi upto Matric standard. If not passed, candidate must submit an undertaking to pass Punjabi subject within 6 months of joining. 5. Degree/Diploma should be from a recognized University or Institute. 6. For the post of Care Coordinator:- Short listed eligible candidates will be called for document verification.
