(1) Experience of handling National and / or International programmes, with special reference to new and renewable sources of energy. The experience should cover innovations/ Research and Development / management / assessment/ application / extension / Research and Development including field assignment of orginal nature in field of new and renewable enrgy (concerning Solar Thermal in house R&D & Testing) at scientific/technical laboratories, institutes, industry, and university/ associations. (2) Knowledge about overall perspective of National Energy Problems and Policies and ability to direct large integrated programme. The applicants may clearly indicate the category/services they belong. Age relexation/or any benefit applicable to specified catagories/services as per rule, shall be subject to the condition that the application is supported with the documentary evidence of category/services to which he/she belongs, and in case of Governmet employees, application should be sent with certificate in prescribed in Annexure-1 of the application form given hereunder and thourgh proper channel (TPC), failing which the applicant shall be treated as General, not eligible of any relexation/benefit what so ever. 4.
