Of Personnel & Training from time to time. iii) Maximum age limit for appointment on deputation is 56 years as on the last date of receipt of applications. iv) The period of deputation is Two years. However the deputation can be terminated any time at the discretion of the appointing authority in case the performance of the candidate is not satisfactory. v) Person appointed will be on Deputation basis only shall be governed by the general terms and conditions laid down by NIMI, Chennai. vi) Only short listed candidates shall be called for interview.

To take care of all financial and other statutory requirements to be observed by NIMI as an autonomous Institute including the mentioned: 1. Accounting procedures prescribed for the department with view to ensure that they are correct, adequate and free from any defects. 2. Implementation of the prescribed procedures and orders issued from time to time. 3. Scrutiny and check of payment and accounting work 4. Construct and monitor reliable control systems. 5.Ensure that NIMI complies with all legal and regulatory requirements Assets Liability Management. 6. Ensure that the record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies. 7. Preparation of Budget, viz, BE/RE/FE, settlement of Audit paras, etc. 8. Preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Expenditure Reports 9. Manage the budgeting processes. Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts. 10. Develop financial and tax strategies. 11. Statutory Tax Returns like GST, IT etc. 12. Co-ordination with AG Audit and Internal Audit procedures. 13 Periodical review of all accounts records and preparation of Annual Report, etc. 14. Any other related activity as assigned from time to time.
