V. Any suppression or misrepresentation of a material facts(s) shall result in disqualification of the EOI proposal. VI. Canvassing in any form shall render the EOI proposal to be rejected. VII. The persons submitting EOI proposal shall deemed to have read and duly considered all terms and conditions of this invitation of EOI document and must acknowledge that it intends to receive an EOI proposal in accordance with the provisions of this document having accepted by the Institute through any Addendum (s). No correspondence will be entertained from the applicant before the selection. 7. The decision of the Institute would be final and binding. 8. Qualification
