The post of Director (Commercial) is in the Pay Scale of Rs.160100-242100 (Level-14, 7th Pay Commission), with all applicable benefits as per Company policy including DA and HRA.For Private Sector candidate, the compensation will start from minimum proposed Pay Scale with all applicable benefits as per the policy of the Company. For applicants from Central Public Sector Undertaking the selected officer will be treated as on deemed Deputation.For applicants from MP Power Generation Co. Ltd., MP Power Transmission Co. Ltd., MP Power Management Co. Ltd., MP Paschim Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Co. Ltd., & MP Poorv Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Co. Ltd., the selected officer will be treated as on deemed Deputation with pay protection. For applicants from MP Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Co. Ltd., it will be up gradation for the post of Director (Commercial).In the event of the candidate attaining the age of superannuation in the parent Company, his/her salary shall be adjusted as last pay drawn minus first pension, till completion of tenure as Director (Commercial). In case an officer of the rank of Addl. Chief Engineer- Dy Chief General Manager is selected for the position, he/she shall be entitled for remuneration in the grade of Executive Director/Chief Engineer-Chief General Manager. However, if upon completion of tenure as Director (Commercial), the candidate has not attained the age of superannuation, he/she shall return to parent Company in his original cadre and in the same scale of pay he/she was drawing prior to selection as Director (Commercial).

Madhya Pradesh Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Limited (MPMKVVCL) was incorporated as a wholly owned Government Company on 31st May 2002, under the Companies Act 1956, the same has been notified vide order No. 5555/RS/4/13/2001 dated 1st July, 2002 of the Government of Madhya Pradesh. The Company undertakes the activities of distribution and retail supply in the areas covered by the Commissionaries of Bhopal, Hoshangabad, Gwalior and Chambal. The Company obtained certificate of commencement of business on 16th July 2002 from Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgarh, Gwalior.Subsequently vide Government of Madhya Pradesh notification No. 3679/FRS/18/13/2002 dated 31.05.2005, the Company has been provided functional autonomy with effect from 01.06.2005. The CIN Number of Company is U40109MP2002SGC015119. The Government of Madhya Pradesh vide its order no. 2671/12/13 dated 29th March, 2012 had transferred all the shares of the Company to M. P. Power Management Company Limited and subsequently our Company is now a subsidiary of M. P. Power Management Company Limited, Jabalpur.
