General Instructions:

  1. Candidates under General Category may also apply for the post. In case no OBC candidate applies/qualifies for the selection for the post, the seat will be offered to a candidate of General Category meeting the required qualifications. In case the seat is offered to a candidate of General Category, it will be only on an Adhoc basis for the tenure of 44 days only, and the post will be readvertised after every 44 days.
  2. Fees: Demand Draft of Rupees One Thousand only should be favoring “NRHM MOBILE DENTAL CLINIC PROJECT” payable at Delhi.
  3. Mode of Selection: The Candidates will be shortlisted after scrutiny of documents as per eligibility criteria. The shortlisted candidates will be called for a written exam followed by an interview. Candidates (three times the number of vacancies) who qualify the written examination will be called for the interview.
  4. How to Apply:

    2. The application form is available on the website www.maids.ac.in. The applicants must fill in the prescribed form only available on the Institute website.

  6. Category: OBC certificate should be issued from Govt. of NCT of Delhi as “OBCDelhi”. OBC Certificate issued from other than this will not be considered. The OBC candidates must be in possession of a non-creamy layer certificate, along with his/her caste certificate. The validity of the non-creamy layer certificate should be for the financial year 2023-24 i.e. the certificate issued on or after 01.04.2022.
  7. The post is for the project “Mobile Dental Clinic Project”. The incumbent will also have no right for regular appointment.
  8. Age and experience will be reckoned w.r.t. 26/06/23.
  9. Applications lacking complete information as per the proforma or failure in submission of copies of relevant documents will be liable to be rejected without any communication.
  10. The Competent Authority reserves the right to change the number of vacancies, withdraw the process in full or in part, and also the right to reject any or all applications received without assigning any reasons or giving notices, etc.
  11. Competent Authority will scrutinize the applications and only Candidates as per eligibility criteria shall be called for further evaluation as “Call for Written Examination and Interview” shall be displayed on the Institutional website (www.maids.ac.in).   12. No TA/DA or other allowances will be paid to the candidate for interview/screening test or for joining the post.
  13. The decision of the Competent Authority regarding the selection of the candidate will be final and no representations will be entertained in this regard in any circumstances.

Qualification
(i) Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics: (a) A Qualification included in Part I or Part II of the Schedule of Dentistry Act 1948 (Act 16 of 1948). (b) A Post Graduate Degree from a recognized University/ Institute or Equivalent in the subject of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics. (c) Four (4) years teaching Experience after Post Graduation in the concerned speciality from a recognized Dental College. (d) Should be registered with State Dental Council. (ii) Dental Anatomy: (a) A Qualification included in Part I or Part II of the Schedule of Dentistry Act 1948 (Act 16 of 1948). (b) A Post Graduate Degree from a recognized University/ Institute or Equivalent in the subject of Oral Pathology. (c) Four (4) years teaching Experience after Post Graduation in the concerned speciality from a recognized Dental College. (d) Should be registered with State Dental Council. (iii) Forensic Odontology: (a) A Qualification included in Part I or Part II of the Schedule of Dentistry Act 1948 (Act 16 of 1948). (b) A Post Graduate Degree from a recognized University/ Institute or Equivalent in the subject of Oral Pathology with full time regular Diploma/Degree in Forensic Odontology/Forensic Sciences from a recognised institution of repute after MDS in Oral Pathology. or MSc. in Forensic Odontology from a recognized University after BDS. (c) Four (4) years teaching Experience after Post Graduation in the concerned speciality in a Dental College. (d) Should be registered with State Dental Council. (iv) Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery: (a) A Qualification included in Part I or Part II of the Schedule of Dentistry Act 1948 (Act 16 of 1948). (b) A Post Graduate Degree from a recognized University/ Institute or Equivalent in the subject of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. (c) Four (4) years teaching Experience after Post Graduation in the concerned speciality from a recognized Dental College. (d) Should be registered with State Dental Council.

Pay matrix level-11 Rs. 67,700/- to Rs. 2,08,700/- + all allowances admissible to regular employees.

Instructions
1. OBC certificate should be issued from Govt. of NCT of Delhi as “OBC (Delhi)”. OBC Certificate issued from any state other than Delhi or certificate issued from Govt. NCT of Delhi but on behalf of any other state will not be considered. General are not eligible to apply against Reserve category post. 2. Candidate shall be appointed as & when the vacancy actually arises. Post of Assistant Professor (Dental Anatomy) and Assistant Professor (Forensic Odontology) are for Phase- II project of MAIDS and will be filled on taking over of Phase – II project by MAIDS. 3.
