Jharkhand Rural Health Mission Society invites application from eligible candidates for providing contractual services as Community Health Officer (CHO) for a period of one year under National Health Mission Jharkhand.

General Information and Instructions:
- The initial contract period will be for one year, renewable subject to satisfactory performance and requirement. Any claim for absorption in the regular position shall not be entertained in future.
- The Society reserves the right to cancel any or all positions at any stage of the recruitment process. The number of vacant positions may vary as per requirements.
- The Society will execute an agreement for one year, but the agreement may be terminated by any party with one month’s advance notice.
- Selected candidates shall be awarded as CHO and will be entitled to a fixed remuneration of Rs. 25,000.00 per month and a maximum of Rs. 15,000.00 per month as a performance-based incentive in accordance with relevant guidelines.
- Reservation policy and general circular issued by the Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Rajbhasha, Govt of Jharkhand issued from time to time will be applicable.
- If at any stage of selection, it is found that a candidate does not fulfill the eligibility criteria and/or has furnished incorrect/false information/certificate/documents or has suppressed any material fact(s), his/her candidature will stand canceled. The decision of the Society in any matter relating to the selection at any stage of the selection process will be final and binding upon the candidates.
