Qualification
B.Tech/B.Sc. or M.Tech/M.Sc. or equivalent with specialization in Chemical/Environmental Engineering/Chemistry or similar areas with 60% marks (or 6.5-grade point out of 10).

Prior experience in handling of GC (gas chromatography), analytical/ spectroscopic instruments, work experience in catalysis, gas-liquid mass transfer reaction systems, and catalytic reactor experiments would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, conducting comprehensive literature surveys and summarizing findings, ensuring timely procurement of chemicals and components for experiments, and handling the reactor setup along with gas sampling systems (such as GC). Additional tasks involve systematic planning and execution of catalyst synthesis and characterization, managing gas-liquid mass transfer reaction systems, and performing catalytic reactor experiments (such as on CO₂ methanation) under varying conditions using the synthesized catalysts. The role also encompasses recording, analyzing, and reporting experimental data.
