Minimum 02 yrs. of work experience in Development/Statistics related works will be preferable. Familiarity and ability to use MS Office, and statistical software (R/Stata) Skills in IT, action research, training and data analysis are preferred.

 Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivated.  Familiarity with report writing is preferred.  Demonstrated experience working on policy and programmatic issues with multiple stakeholders including national, local governments and civil society organizations including community organizations.  Attention to detail, planning, and task-orientation  Travel will be required on the job.

Responsibilities

 Organize and provide field related supports to the Fellow across the districts  Provide all necessary administrative support to the MGNF in coordination with the Program Coordinator  Organize meeting and assist in providing logistical support to various events held as a part of the MGNF  Write, review, and produce documents and research materials in coordination with the Program Coordinator.  Document field level experiences and learning by the participants.

Handling of activities of Management Programme and other academic and non-academic assignment. Management and handling of activities related to admissions and academic administration of the Management Programme. Liaison with Guests/Adjunct faculty with respect to programme and sessions. Preparation of Academic calendar and Area teaching plans under the guidance of Programme Officer and respective Faculty in-charge of the Programme; interaction with the candidates/participants of different programmes. Scheduling of classes, conduct of exams and preparation of grade sheets.

Candidates should pay Application fee of Rs.500/- (Non Refundable) for General & OBC candidates through online mode only. (2) SC/ST/PwD candidates are exempted from the application fee. The relaxation in age to candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwD/Ex-serviceman candidates as per Government of India rule. (3) SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwD/ Ex-serviceman candidates are required to produce the relevant certificate as per the format prescribed by the GOI, at the time of interview/ written test. (4) Relevant experience gained after the minimum qualifying degree will only be taken into consideration. Minimum requirements of qualifications and/or experience can be relaxed in respect of exceptionally outstanding candidates at the discretion of the Institute.
