Qualification
Applicants must have a B.E./B.Tech (or equivalent in any discipline) or a B.S./B.A. (in economics, finance, management, or a closely related social science field) degree from a toptier institution with outstanding grades. Preference will be given to applicants with a relevant master’s degree (specifically in business management, supply chain management, economics, engineering, logistics or a closely related social science field). The candidate must have good academic record, good communication skills and have the confidence and capability to interact with both CXO level personnel and blue collared workmen. Preference will be given to applicants having experience in designing and conducting surveys, coordinating with various organizations, and developing research reports. Working knowledge of data analysis and forecasting tools and ability to develop actionable insights from data. Applicants must be self-motivated with excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and can work in a team environment.

Few years of work experience in a reputed organization will be desirable, but not mandatory. Confident, outgoing and ability to work under deadlines and limited supervision. Ability to coordinate and manage projects, including financial budgets. Willing to travel for interviews and data collection and work remotely.
