Qualification
MBBS with post graduate Degree/Diploma/DNB in the concerned specialty from a recognized University/ Institution and should have a valid registration with Delhi Medical Council and the candidate must not have completed 03 years Senior Residency in any recognized institution including regular and ad-hoc period. In case of non availability of PG candidates, minimum 03 years experience in concerned specialty may be considered as per residency scheme. However such candidates will be appointed on adhoc basis for 44 days extendable upto 03 years or till the candidate with PG degree/diploma/DNB are available, whichever is earlier.

About Dr. Hedgewar Aarogya Sansthan

1. This is a 200 bedded hospital situated at Karkardooma, Delhi- 110032 (near Karkardooma Court) was estab lished to provide comprehensive medical care facilities to the residents of East Delhi, particularly of Karkardooma, Arjun Nagar, Jagat Puri, Krishna Nagar, Radhey Puri, Vishwas Nagar etc.of Delhi Govt.
2. Delhi Legislative Assembly passed a resolution in March, 2000 to estab lish a general hospital in Karkardooma which shall provide the indoor services to the people of seven assembly constituencies like G eeta Colony, Krishna Nagar, Gandhi Nagar, Seelampur, Vishwas Nagar, Shahdara & Mandawali spread over a radius of 12 Kms.
3. Construction work of this hospital completed and indoor service started on 1st September, 2003.
4. There is central computerized registration counter for OPD near the main entrance of Ground Floor during hospital timings. Average waiting time for registration is 10 minutes.
5. Emergency & Casualty servic es are availab le in specialties 24 hours in casualty /emergency.
6. OPD Registration timings are 8.30 to 12.00 Noon
7. Medicines are available at pharmacy counter free of cost
8. Indoor patient facilities are availab le in this hospital
9. 24 hours blood bank facilities are availab le in this hospital
10. 24 hours laboratory services are available on first floor of the Emergency Block.
