Criteria

a. The retired officials up to 63 years of age, who have excellent service record and are physically fit, will be eligible. b. A retired official against whom a vigilance case or a departmental proceeding or criminal prosecution is contemplated or pending at the time of his/her retirement will not be considered. c. A retired Official, who has been a member of any political party after his/her retirement shall not be eligible. d. ACRs/APARs for the period up to 5 years preceding his/her retirement will be considered. 04 out of 05 ACRs/APARs should have at-least been graded as 'Very Good'. Officials having higher/better APAR grading will be preferred.

It has been decided to fill up the post of Engineer Member In Level 14 (1,44,200 - Rs 1 44.200-Rs. in the Pay Matrix in Delhi Development Authority (DDA), an autonomous body under the purview of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, on deputation. The eligibility criteria and other conditions of the post are as under, Officers holding the post of Chief Engineer (Civil) or equivalent in Level 14 (Rs. 1,44,200 - Rs. 2,18.200/-) in the Pay Matrix or equivalent Under the Central Government, State Government or Union Territories (Including Autonomous Bodies of Public Sector Undertakings under them) having a minimum of five years Of regular service in the grade.

The Cadre Controlling Authority should also fill up Certification by the Employer/Cadre Controlling Authority invariably which is a part of prescribed application format. (ii) The application in the prescribed proforma should be forwarded by the concerned Cadre Controlling Authority certifying that the details furnished by the candidate are correct. The APARs for the last five years duly certified by the Group A Officer in the parent department along with latest vigilance clearance report indicating the pending and settled disciplinary/criminal cases and the details of penalties imposed, if any, should also be furnished. iii)The applications received after the last date of receipt shall not be entertained under any circumstances. iv) The period of deputation shall be initially for three years, which may, however, be terminated at am/ time before completion of period/extended period at the discretion of the Delhi Development Authority. (v) The Pay and allowances and other conditions of deputation of the officers selected on deputation shall be regulated in accordance with the Department of Personnel & Trainings 0M No. 6/8/2009-Estt. (Pay-II) dated 17.06.2010 and as amended from to time. (vi) The level of responsibilities and duties of cadre post of the applicants should be comparable to the duties and responsibilities of the excadre post. (vii) It may be noted that the substantive pay scale/pay band + Grade Pay/ Level in the Pay Matrix should be mentioned in the application as only the substantive post and pay scale/ pay band + Grade pay/ Level in the Pay Matrix will be considered by DDA. In case, the pay structure is different from Central Government, the comparable pay structure to the Central Government based on 7th CPC should be clearly mentioned.
