1. Qualification: MCI recognized MBBS or equivalent (from foreign university). 2. Age As On Date of Interview. Age limit is 30 years for junior resident as on date of closure of advertisement and will be relaxed for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per rule. 3. Pay Scale: Shall be in accordance with 7th CPC guidelines as adopted by GNCT of Delhi. 4. Internship: Must have completed one year internship on or after 3.1.22 till 3.1.24. 5. Foeign Medical Graduate: Must have passed on or after 3.1.22 till 3.1.24. 6. Those who have already done Junior Residency in any of the Govt./ Govt aided Institution for one year are not eligible. 7. Total duration of junior residency is one year irrespective of any institute. If candidate has done Junior residency from any govt./ govt aided institute, but total duration done is less than one year, then he /she is eligible for rest of the tenure so as to complete one year of Junior residency. 8. Candidate must be registered with Delhi Medical Council i.e. having DMC on the day of interview otherwise candidate will not be allowed for interview(candidates who has applied for DMC will be allowed for interview) . 9. Candidature will be rejected if any discrepancy is detected at any stage of recruitment in documents/ information given by the candidate. 10. The following documents are required in original with self attested photocopy for verification on the day of interview in the given order. a. Application print out with photograph pasted on the printout. b. Internship completion certificate c. DMC registration /Acknowledgement slip if applied d. X class certificate (for date of birth) e. Attempt certificate f. Mark sheet g. Degree (MBBS) h. Experience certificate if applicable i. Aadhar card/ Voter ID/ Passport j. Screening test result (For foreign graduates) 11. The candidates should report for the interview on the day of interview between 9.00 am and 11 am in the Office of Medical Superintendent, Dr. BSA Hospital, Sector –VI, Rohini, Delhi -110085 along with one photograph pasted on the printout of the application form as stated above along with photocopy and original of the documents mentioned above. Selected candidates would be required to join within stipulated time (one week). 13. Responsibilities

The candidate must be registered (with MBBS and requisite postgraduate qualification) with Delhi medical council on or before the day of interview. The candidate should have valid DMC certificate or should have applied for DMC registration. 5. Total duration of Senior Residency is three years irrespective of any institute. If a candidate has done Senior Residency from any Govt./ Govt aided institute, but total duration done is less than three year, then he /she is eligible for appointment for the rest of the tenure so as to complete three year tenure of Senior Residency. However, under NO circumstances, total duration of senior residency will NOT exceed three years, including the tenure done elsewhere.

Category wise panel of wait listed candidates will be prepared for filling up the posts of SR for vacancies likely to be created or arise in future. 3. Selected candidates may be posted under any institution under RDHS (North), if felt necessary in public interest. 4. Seats will be reserved for differently abled candidates as per the prevailing Govt. rules. 5. In case, SC/ST/OBC candidates are not available for the posts, the seats shall be filled up from the general category candidates on Adhoc basis and vice versa. 6. A panel of wait listed candidates will be prepared for filling the post of SR for vacancies arising in future. The panel shall remain valid for 6 months or till fresh selection process is carried out, whichever is earlier. 7. In unforeseen eventuality of holiday being declared on the scheduled dates of the interview, the schedule shall get shifted to next working day or as decided by The Medical Director. 8. The appointment and services will be governed under the Residency Scheme. Total tenure of a senior resident will be maximums of three years which will also include any senior residency tenure done in other govt. / govt. funded institution. Appointment will be initially for a period of one year extendable up to maximum of three years on the basis of satisfactory Work & Conduct report from the concerned HOD and written request from the SR concerned. 11. The contract of appointment can be terminated by either party by giving a notice of one month in case of regular appointment and seven days in case of ad-hoc appointment without assigning any reason. 12. All appointment shall be subject to medical fitness and verification of certificate of educational qualification /age/caste/submission of valid DMC post graduation registration certificate etc 13. If any declaration /information furnished by the candidates are found to be false or any material/fact is suppressed willfully, the candidature/appointment will be cancelled /terminated forthwith and due Administrative action/ legal action will be taken.
