15+ years of work experience, with at least 7 years in technology including - AI, machine learning, or emerging technologies. • Relevant experience working with government organizations or large public sector projects. • Proven leadership experience with a minimum of 5 years in managing technology teams and driving technical projects. • Strong technical expertise in AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, statistical modeling, and relevant programming languages. • Experience in developing and delivering AI-based solutions, including implementing end-to-end systems for public or organizational use. • Knowledge of AI frameworks, SOTA models (e.g., transformers, GPT models), and experience with emerging technologies. • Proven project management skills with a strong ability to manage complex technical projects and meet deadlines. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging with government officials, technical teams, and external partners. • Familiarity with global AI trends, standards, and regulatory frameworks.

Manage technology teams to execute AI projects, overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring timely delivery of technical solutions. • Supervise the development and deployment of AI systems, including resource allocation, ensuring that technological, financial, and human resources are effectively utilized to meet project goals. • Drive AI innovation to enhance public services, economic growth, and societal well-being. • Oversee recruitment, training, and development of AI and technology professionals. • Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the technology team and with other mission stakeholders. • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including government departments, industry experts, and research organizations, to drive AI adoption and innovation in India. • Ensure successful project delivery, risk mitigation, and adherence to timelines through robust project management processes. Deliver regular updates and reports to senior leadership, including the CEO of IndiaAI, ensuring transparency in project progress and outcomes. • Foster a collaborative work environment by managing, mentoring, and developing the technology team to enhance their technical capabilities. • Play a critical part in driving AI innovations and ensuring that IndiaAI initiatives achieve impactful technological outcomes.
