Tenure of the fellowship	Initially for 1 year which is extendable up-to total duration of the project (03 years). The post is temporary and co-terminus with project.
Eligibility Criteria	Essential: B.Sc. in Chemistry with at least 55%. Desirable: M.Sc. in Chemistry with at least 55%.

Terms and conditions:

The above position is purely contractual and is for the duration of the project only. Selected candidates will not be entitled to claim any regular appointments/absorption in this institute.
In case, a selected candidate does notjoinor resignafter joiningthe post, waitlisted candidate/s may be offered the position.
Candidates will not be entertained after above-mentioned time slot. In case of any exigency the decision of the selection committee will be final and binding on the candidates.
No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

It was established by the West Bengal government as a teaching and affiliating university on 15 June 1960 with six graduate departments and 30 undergraduate colleges spread over three districts that come under the jurisdiction of the university. The jurisdiction covers the districts of Burdwan, Birbhum, Bankura and Hooghly (except Serampore Subdivision). The main campus is of 398 acres (approximately).
