i. Master Degree/MSc,PhD/MD/MS with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in seven point scale. ii. At least 15 years’ of experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs.7000/- and above or with 8 years’ of service in the AGP of Rs.8000 and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in education administration. OR Comparable experience in Research Establishments and other Institutions of higher education. OR At least 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post. iii. Experience of handling legal matters. iv. Experience of Administrative practices, Human Resource Management and statutory functions of the Educational Institution / University will be preferred. Preference will be given to those who have working experience as Registrar in educational institutions. v. Working experience in Health Science University is prefered.

i. Master’s degree in Library Science/Information Science with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC seven points scale and consistently good academic record set out in these Regulations. ii. Ph.D. In Library Science, Experience of documentation work in a responsible capacity with 10 years of experience. Training in Medical Librarianship, working knowledge of Medical University/Health Science Library preferred. iii. A minimum of 15 years of teaching/librarian experience of which at least 5 years experience as a Deputy Librarian in a University Library or 10 years’ experience as Assistant Librarian in the University or as College Librarian.
