This is a specialist technical position, involving the following responsibilities: Ensuring upkeep of server and end user computer equipment; Support for Users for basic office applications; Ensuring the health and security of IT Infrastructure and applications, including campus networks, email and websites and their content; Supporting Network Operations. Ensuring that users of on-site and cloud-based applications, receive adequate IT resources; Supporting network Management operations; Supporting Techno-administration including Technical support for planning for and acquiring IT equipment; and services; Support for the procurement and administration of IT service Contracts for maintenance of IT equipment and infrastructure, IT security, email, Internet Communications infrastructure, website hosting and others.
