Instructions

1. Application form can be downloaded from website 2. The Application Form be completed carefully in prescribed form only. 3. The fee of Rs.300/- be paid in the form of a Demand Draft of a Nationalised / Scheduled Bank drawn in favour of “Chief Executive Officer, Cantonment Board, Ambala Cantt”. The fee is non-refundable/ non-adjustable. 4. Duly filled in Application Form (2Pages) and Demand Draft (1 Page) be scanned in jpeg format and e-mailed (single email only) at ceoamba-stats@nic.in with the subject “Application for the post of Sanitary Inspector” on or before 30.04.2017. Incomplete application form will be rejected. 5. Acknowledgement will be sent within 24 hours of receipt of application form at candidate’s mail ID mentioned in his form. In case acknowledge is not received within 24 hours (excluding holidays), the candidate may contact at Phone No. 0171-2634795 during office hours (09.00am -05.00 pm) on working days. 6. The original demand draft be sent through Speed/ Registered Post to the Chief Executive Officer, Cantonment Board, 229, Race Course Road, Ambala Cantt” 133001 which should reach on or before 30.04.2017. The name of candidate with address should be mentioned at the back of demand draft with blue/ black ink in block letters. 7. The applicant should be of Indian nationality within the age limit of 18 to 25 years as on 30.04.2017. The relaxation of age is applicable as - “ In the case of every ex-serviceman who has put in not less than 6 months continuous service under the Armed Forces of the Union, shall be allowed to deduct the period of such service from his actual age and if the resultant age does not exceed 25 years by more than 3 years, shall be deemed to satisfy the conditions regarding age limit.” Further No fee is charged from ex-serviceman candidates. 8. The appointing authority reserves the right in all matters relating to acceptance/ rejection of an application, eligibility of the candidate, mode of and criteria for selection, increase/decrease in the number of posts, canceling the written test/skill test/interview without any notice / assigning any reason etc. and will be final and binding on the candidates. 9. No photocopies of any documents be attached with the application form. The original documents of the candidate, who qualify the written test / skill test will be verified at the time of Written test/ Skill test. 10. At the time of Written Test/ Skill Test Self Attested photocopies of caste certificates (if applicable), Proof of Date of Birth, original copy of degree/diploma and work experience if any, 3 recent passport size photographs, are also required to be submitted. 11. No application will be entertained after the close of the last date i.e. 30.04.2017 at 1700 hrs. except those residing in remote areas of Indian territory, for them close of the last date is 15.5.2017 at 1700 hrs. 12. No application shall be entertained, if sent through post (Speed/registered). Applications shall be accepted through e-mail only. 13. Recommendation of any kind will be a disqualification for the post. 14. Admit Card for written test/skill test will be sent/intimated on candidates email ID three weeks before the date of written examination.. No admit card will be sent by Post. 15. No TA/DA is admissible.
