Instructions
1. Candidates should note that their appointment will be for the Project only and they will NOT be the employees of AIIMS, Raipur. 2. The appointee shall not have any right or claim to appointment on regular basis in AIIMS Raipur on any post. 3. The appointee shall be on whole time appointment for the project concerned and shall not accept any other assignment paid or otherwise during the period of contract. 4. The appointment can also be terminated at any time, on either side, by giving one month’s notice or by paying one month’s salary without assigning any reason or on failure to complete the period of two months to the satisfaction of the competent authority. 5. Person working in Government or Public Sector undertaking should produce ‘No Objection Certificate’ at the time of interview. 6. If required, the appointee may be subjected to medical examination from the competent medical board for which he/she will have to appear before the designated medical authority. 7. All India Institute of Medical Sciences Raipur is a medical college and medical research public university based inRaipur, Chhattisgarh, India. The Institute operates autonomously under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. This All-India Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 has replaced the Ordinance which allowed the sixAIIMS—like institutes to become operational from September 2012. The All-India Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Bill, 2012, was introduced in the Lok Sabha on 27 August 2012. Lok Sabha passed the AIIMS (Amendment) Bill, 2012 on 30 August 2012. Bill was then introduced in Rajya Sabha on 3 September 2012. Rajya Sabha passed the Bill on 4 September 2012. Bill got its assent from the President of India, Pranab Mukherjee on 12 September 2012 and the Act came into force. The proposed measure will help the Centre change the status of the six new AIIMS registered under the Indian Societies Registration Act to be autonomous body corporate on the lines of the existing AIIMS in Delhi.
