Qualification
Ph.D. or Master's degree from a recognized university or equivalent in Commerce/ Finance/ Statistics/ Management/ Economics/ Accountancy. Preference will be given to persons with work experience in the relevant field. (b) Five years' experience in costing/ finance/ tariff matters preferably relating to regulatory authorities. (c) For retired employees of Govt./PSUs/ regulatory authority/autonomous body - five years' experience in tariff matters relating to regulatory authorities preferably in Aviation Sector. Desirable: Computer literacy with ability to work in MSOfficelike Word, Excel, etc.

Examine the MYTP of the airport operator and verify the data with reference to the Balance Sheet, P&L account and auditor certificates. (ii) Ensure that the financial model employed is 'In line with the methodology prescribed by the Authority. (iii) Examine each building block in tariff determination and ensure that the treatment given to it is in line with the Authority's methodology and approach. Make realistic forecasts and changes wherever necessary. (iv) Assist the Authority in holding consultation with the stake holders and analyse the various suggestions made by the stakeholders. (v) Ass isting Authority in drafting the tariff orders and other related papers and draw up the final version of the Tariff Order for the approval of the Authority.
