Answer : I use “I” and “me” when I talk about myself. For example, “I like to read books” or “The teacher called me.”
Suppose you are telling someone about the good/bad things they have done.
What pronoun are you likely to use ?
Answer : I would use “you” or “your.” For example, “You did a great job on your project” or “You should clean up your room.”
Suppose you are complaining about one or more persons/things to your teacher/ mother. What pronouns will you use ?
Answer : I would use “he,” “she,” “they,” or “it.” For example, “He broke my pencil” or “They left the room messy” or “It spilled on the floor.”

4. What characteristics of Mr Nobody do we learn about from this poem ?
Answer : From the poem, we learn that Mr Nobody:
- Is very quiet (“As quiet as a mouse”).
- Cannot be seen (“There’s no one ever sees his face”).
- Loves to do mischief silently (like breaking plates, tearing books, etc.).
- Is blamed for everything that goes wrong in the house.
- Is sneaky and clever because no one catches him doing the mischief.
5. Imagine that there is a Mr Somebody who has to correct all the wrongs that are done by Mr Nobody. Write in the following table, what Mr Somebody will have to do.

6. Write about one occasion each when you have behaved like –
(a) Mr Nobody (b) Mr Somebody.
Answer : (a) Mr Nobody:
One day, I accidentally spilled water on the floor in the kitchen. I didn’t tell anyone and quietly walked away. Later, my mom slipped a little and wondered who did it. I acted like Mr Nobody and didn’t say it was me!
(b) Mr Somebody:
Once, my little brother left his toys all over the living room. Instead of complaining, I picked them up and put them in his toy box. I felt like Mr Somebody because I fixed the mess he made.
7. Listen and complete : Close your books. The teacher will dictate some lines from the poem. She will say the first half and you have to write the entire line/verse.
