The Donkey
POINTERS
1. Rewrite the poem in the form of a prose passage.
Answer : Rewrite the poem in prose form: One day, I saw a newborn donkey. His head was too big for his neck to hold. His legs were shaky, long, and loose. He moved unsteadily and staggered as he walked. He tried to play but was unsure how to do it. His coat was soft, grey, and curled at the neck in a lovely way. He looked small, weak, and slim, and I prayed that the world would be kind to him.
