Title: A Brave Heart in the Storm
Story: Sanyogita More was a cheerful 10-year-old girl living in a small village near a river. One rainy day, the river began to flood, and the village was in chaos. While everyone panicked, Sanyogita noticed her friend’s little brother trapped on a tree branch in the rushing water. Without thinking twice, she grabbed a rope from her house, tied it to a strong tree, and waded into the cold, swirling flood. With all her strength, she reached the boy, tied the rope around him, and pulled him back to safety with the help of villagers who had gathered. Her clothes were soaked, and she shivered, but her heart was warm with pride. News of her bravery spread, and soon, she was invited to the capital. And so, with tears of joy and pride, the 10-year-old Sanyogita More received the National Bravery Award from the Prime Minister.
